Joining the Army Nursing Corp seemed to be the most natural thing to do, and it wasn’t until she enlisted and they told her she was going to Vietnam that she doubted her decision. It wasn’t the job that scared her, but she’d never been away from home – and now- she wasn’t just going away- she was- going to war.<br /><br />The moment the helicopter touched down Sarah was sure she’d made a mistake. As bombs and gunfire erupted all around, all she felt was panic. How was she going to survive her tour of duty? She prayed to God for strength, and her prayers were answered because out of the jungle stepped an ANGEL- An Angel in combat boots.<br /><br />Johnny West is on his second tour of duty, and the last thing he expected was to be given orders to pick up the new field nurse.
